Ryzen 5 3500 vs Core i7-9700K specs and performance

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i7-9700K is faster than the Ryzen 5 3500. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 5 3500 in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the Core i7-9700K has slightly more cores with 8 cores whereas the Ryzen 5 3500 has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Ryzen 5 3500. In terms of clock speed, the Ryzen 5 3500 and Core i7-9700K are identical in this regard. A Ryzen 5 3500 CPU outputs less heat than a Core i7-9700K CPU because of its significantly lower TDP.
