Ryzen 3 4300GE vs Core i3-10100 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Ryzen 3 4300GE is faster than the Core i3-10100. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i3-10100 in all gaming tests too.
When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores and the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i3-10100 has a slightly higher clock speed than the Ryzen 3 4300GE. A Ryzen 3 4300GE CPU outputs less heat than a Core i3-10100 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The info from our database shows that the Ryzen 3 4300GE has more L2 cache than the Core i3-10100. Despite this, the Core i3-10100 has significantly more L3 cache compared to the Ryzen 3 4300GE.
Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. Indeed, the Ryzen 3 4300GE has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
