Ryzen 3 4300G vs Core i5-10600K specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i5-10600K is faster than the Ryzen 3 4300G. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 3 4300G in all gaming tests too.
In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Core i5-10600K has significantly more cores than the Ryzen 3 4300G. Indeed, the Core i5-10600K has 6 cores compared to 4 cores found in the Ryzen 3 4300G. It also has more threads than the Ryzen 3 4300G. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i5-10600K has a slightly higher clock speed than the Ryzen 3 4300G. A Ryzen 3 4300G CPU outputs less heat than a Core i5-10600K CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Ryzen 3 4300G has slightly more L2 cache than the Core i5-10600K. Despite this, the Core i5-10600K has significantly more L3 cache compared to the Ryzen 3 4300G.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. Indeed, the Ryzen 3 4300G has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
