When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores but the Core i7-2700K has more threads. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Core i7-2700K has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Ryzen 3 3350U. A Ryzen 3 3350U CPU outputs less heat than a Core i7-2700K CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
