Ryzen 3 3350U vs Core i3-1115G4 comparison
In our benchmarks, the Core i3-1115G4 beats the Ryzen 3 3350U in overall performance. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 3 3350U in all gaming tests too.
In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Ryzen 3 3350U has significantly more cores than the Core i3-1115G4. Indeed, the Ryzen 3 3350U has 4 cores compared to 2 cores found in the Core i3-1115G4. But they both have the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i3-1115G4 has a slightly higher clock speed than the Ryzen 3 3350U. A Ryzen 3 3350U CPU outputs less heat than a Core i3-1115G4 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Core i3-1115G4 has slightly more L2 cache than the Ryzen 3 3350U. The Core i3-1115G4 also has significantly more L3 cache.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. For instance, the Ryzen 3 3350U has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
