Ryzen 3 2200G vs Core i5-8400T comparison

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Ryzen 3 2200G is faster than the Core i5-8400T. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i5-8400T in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the Core i5-8400T has significantly more cores with 6 cores whereas the Ryzen 3 2200G has 4 cores. It also has more threads than the Ryzen 3 2200G. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 3 2200G has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core i5-8400T. Also, the Ryzen 3 2200G has a slightly higher turbo speed. The Core i5-8400T outputs less heat than Ryzen 3 2200G thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
