Ryzen 3 1300X vs Ryzen 3 3350U specs and performance
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen 3 1300X performs better than the Ryzen 3 3350U. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 3 3350U in all gaming tests too.
Our spec comparison shows that they have an identical amount of cores and the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 3 1300X has a significantly higher clock speed than the Ryzen 3 3350U. The Ryzen 3 3350U outputs less heat than Ryzen 3 1300X thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The data shows that both these CPUs have same sized L2 caches. The Ryzen 3 1300X also has significantly more L3 cache.
Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. For instance, the Ryzen 3 1300X has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
