Radeon Vega 8 vs Radeon Vega 11 benchmarks

In our benchmarks, the Radeon Vega 11 beats the Radeon Vega 8 in gaming performance.

Our database shows that both the Radeon Vega 8 and Radeon Vega 11 both have the same core clock speed. Despite this, the Radeon Vega 8 has a much higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, the Radeon Vega 11 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Radeon Vega 8 at 45 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon Vega 11 is better than the Radeon Vega 8.
