Radeon Vega 8 vs Quadro K2200 comparison

In our benchmarks, the Quadro K2200 beats the Radeon Vega 8 in gaming performance.

In our comparison, the Quadro K2200 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Radeon Vega 8 has a significantly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

In addition, the Radeon Vega 8 has a significantly lower TDP at 45 W when compared to the Quadro K2200 at 68 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Quadro K2200 is better than the Radeon Vega 8.
