Radeon RX 6700 vs Radeon RX 7600 XT specs and performance

In our benchmarks, the Radeon RX 7600 XT beats the Radeon RX 6700 in gaming performance.

As stated by the manufacturer, the Radeon RX 7600 XT has significantly more memory with 16 GiB of memory compared to 10 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.

In addition, the Radeon RX 6700 has a slightly lower TDP at 175 W when compared to the Radeon RX 7600 XT at 190 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 7600 XT is better than the Radeon RX 6700.
