Radeon RX 6600M vs Quadro P2200 benchmarks
For gaming, the Radeon RX 6600M graphics card is better than the Quadro P2200 in our tests.
In our comparison, the Radeon RX 6600M has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 6600M also has a significantly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
As stated by the manufacturer, the Radeon RX 6600M has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 5 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Quadro P2200 has a slightly lower TDP at 75 W when compared to the Radeon RX 6600M at 100 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 6600M is better than the Quadro P2200.
