Radeon RX 6600 vs Radeon RX 6400 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 6600 GPU is faster than the Radeon RX 6400 in gaming.
The Radeon RX 6400 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Radeon RX 6600 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
As stated by the manufacturer, the Radeon RX 6600 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 4 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Radeon RX 6400 has a significantly lower TDP at 53 W when compared to the Radeon RX 6600 at 132 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon RX 6600 over the Radeon RX 6400.
