Radeon RX 6500 XT vs Radeon RX Vega 11 specs and performance
For gaming, the Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card is better than the Radeon RX Vega 11 in our tests.
Our database shows that the Radeon RX 6500 XT has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the Radeon RX 6500 XT also has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
In addition, the Radeon RX Vega 11 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Radeon RX 6500 XT at 107 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 6500 XT is better than the Radeon RX Vega 11.
