Radeon RX 640 vs GeForce GTX 645 benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the Radeon RX 640 beats the GeForce GTX 645 in gaming performance.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Radeon RX 640 has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 1 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Radeon RX 640 has a slightly lower TDP at 50 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 645 at 64 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 640 is better than the GeForce GTX 645.
