Radeon RX 580 vs Radeon HD 7450 benchmarks

For gaming, the Radeon RX 580 graphics card is better than the Radeon HD 7450 in our tests.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Radeon RX 580 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 1 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.

In addition, the Radeon HD 7450 has a significantly lower TDP at 18 W when compared to the Radeon RX 580 at 185 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Radeon RX 580 is faster than the Radeon HD 7450.
