Radeon RX 580 vs Quadro T2000 Max-Q benchmarks

For gaming, the Radeon RX 580 graphics card is better than the Quadro T2000 Max-Q in our tests.

The Radeon RX 580 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Quadro T2000 Max-Q has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, the Quadro T2000 Max-Q has a significantly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the Radeon RX 580 at 185 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 580 is better than the Quadro T2000 Max-Q.
