Radeon RX 580 vs Quadro P3000 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 580 GPU is faster than the Quadro P3000 in gaming.
Our database shows that the Radeon RX 580 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Radeon RX 580 has slightly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 6 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Quadro P3000 has a significantly lower TDP at 75 W when compared to the Radeon RX 580 at 185 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon RX 580 over the Quadro P3000.
