Radeon RX 5700 XT vs RTX A4000 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the RTX A4000 GPU is faster than the Radeon RX 5700 XT in gaming.
In our comparison, the Radeon RX 5700 XT has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 5700 XT also has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the RTX A4000 has significantly more memory with 16 GiB of memory compared to 8 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the RTX A4000 has a significantly lower TDP at 140 W when compared to the Radeon RX 5700 XT at 225 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the RTX A4000 is faster than the Radeon RX 5700 XT.
