Radeon RX 5700 vs GeForce GT 1030 specs and performance

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 5700 GPU is faster than the GeForce GT 1030 in gaming.

Our database shows that the Radeon RX 5700 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the Radeon RX 5700 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, the GeForce GT 1030 has a significantly lower TDP at 30 W when compared to the Radeon RX 5700 at 180 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 5700 is better than the GeForce GT 1030.
