Radeon RX 570 vs Radeon RX 7800 XT benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 7800 XT GPU is faster than the Radeon RX 570 in gaming.
Our database shows that the Radeon RX 7800 XT has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the Radeon RX 7800 XT also has a significantly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
As stated by the manufacturer, the Radeon RX 7800 XT has significantly more memory with 16 GiB of memory compared to 8 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Radeon RX 570 has a significantly lower TDP at 150 W when compared to the Radeon RX 7800 XT at 263 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon RX 7800 XT over the Radeon RX 570.
