Radeon RX 560X vs Radeon HD 8670M specs and performance
In our benchmarks, the Radeon RX 560X beats the Radeon HD 8670M in gaming performance.
Our database shows that the Radeon RX 560X has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 560X also has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Radeon RX 560X has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 1 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Radeon RX 560X is faster than the Radeon HD 8670M.
