Radeon RX 5600 XT vs Radeon RX 570 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 5600 XT GPU is faster than the Radeon RX 570 in gaming.
Our database shows that the Radeon RX 570 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Radeon RX 5600 XT has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Radeon RX 570 has slightly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 6 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, both the Radeon RX 5600 XT and the Radeon RX 570 have an identical TDP. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon RX 5600 XT over the Radeon RX 570.
