Radeon RX 5500M vs GeForce MX150 specs and performance
For gaming, the Radeon RX 5500M graphics card is better than the GeForce MX150 in our tests.
Our database shows that the GeForce MX150 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Radeon RX 5500M has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
In addition, the GeForce MX150 has a significantly lower TDP at 25 W when compared to the Radeon RX 5500M at 85 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 5500M is better than the GeForce MX150.
