Radeon R7 M260 vs Radeon RX 5600 XT comparison
In our benchmarks, the Radeon RX 5600 XT beats the Radeon R7 M260 in gaming performance.
In our comparison, the Radeon RX 5600 XT has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 5600 XT also has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Radeon RX 5600 XT has significantly more memory with 6 GiB of memory compared to 4 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 5600 XT is better than the Radeon R7 M260.
