Radeon R7 450 vs Quadro K4200 benchmarks

For gaming, the Quadro K4200 graphics card is better than the Radeon R7 450 in our tests.

Our database shows that the Radeon R7 450 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro K4200 has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.

In addition, the Radeon R7 450 has a significantly lower TDP at 65 W when compared to the Quadro K4200 at 105 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro K4200 over the Radeon R7 450.
