Radeon R5 430 vs GeForce RTX 5060 specs and performance
For gaming, the GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card is better than the Radeon R5 430 in our tests.
The GeForce RTX 5060 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the GeForce RTX 5060 also has a significantly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
In addition, the Radeon R5 430 has a significantly lower TDP at 50 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 5060 at 145 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the GeForce RTX 5060 over the Radeon R5 430.
