According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon R5 430 GPU is faster than the GeForce GT 610 in gaming.
In addition, the GeForce GT 610 has a significantly lower TDP at 29 W when compared to the Radeon R5 430 at 50 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
