Radeon R5 240 vs Radeon R9 350 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon R9 350 GPU is faster than the Radeon R5 240 in gaming.
The Radeon R9 350 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that they both have the same amount of memory at 2 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
In addition, the Radeon R5 240 has a slightly lower TDP at 50 W when compared to the Radeon R9 350 at 60 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon R9 350 is better than the Radeon R5 240.
