According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce GTX 650 Ti GPU is faster than the Radeon HD 7570 in gaming.
In addition, the Radeon HD 7570 has a significantly lower TDP at 44 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 650 Ti at 110 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
