Quadro T1000 Max-Q vs T400 4GB comparison

For gaming, the T400 4GB graphics card is better than the Quadro T1000 Max-Q in our tests.

Our database shows that the Quadro T1000 Max-Q has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the T400 4GB has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the T400 4GB has a significantly lower TDP at 30 W when compared to the Quadro T1000 Max-Q at 50 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
