Quadro RTX 4000 vs Radeon RX 6700 comparison

For gaming, the Radeon RX 6700 graphics card is better than the Quadro RTX 4000 in our tests.

Our database shows that the Radeon RX 6700 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 6700 also has a significantly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Radeon RX 6700 has slightly more memory with 10 GiB of memory compared to 8 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.

In addition, the Quadro RTX 4000 has a slightly lower TDP at 160 W when compared to the Radeon RX 6700 at 175 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Radeon RX 6700 is faster than the Quadro RTX 4000.
