Quadro RTX 4000 vs GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Quadro RTX 4000 GPU is faster than the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop in gaming.
The GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the Quadro RTX 4000 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Quadro RTX 4000 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 4 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop has a significantly lower TDP at 75 W when compared to the Quadro RTX 4000 at 160 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Quadro RTX 4000 is faster than the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop.
