Quadro RTX 3000 vs GeForce RTX 4070 comparison
In our benchmarks, the GeForce RTX 4070 beats the Quadro RTX 3000 in gaming performance.
In our comparison, the GeForce RTX 4070 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the GeForce RTX 4070 has significantly more memory with 12 GiB of memory compared to 6 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro RTX 3000 has a significantly lower TDP at 80 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 4070 at 300 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce RTX 4070 is faster than the Quadro RTX 3000.
