Quadro M620 vs Quadro RTX 4000 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Quadro RTX 4000 GPU is faster than the Quadro M620 in gaming.
In our comparison, the Quadro RTX 4000 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro RTX 4000 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Quadro M620 has a significantly lower TDP at 30 W when compared to the Quadro RTX 4000 at 160 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro RTX 4000 over the Quadro M620.
