Quadro M1000M vs Quadro M620 benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the Quadro M1000M beats the Quadro M620 in gaming performance.
The Quadro M1000M has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro M1000M has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.
In addition, the Quadro M620 has a slightly lower TDP at 30 W when compared to the Quadro M1000M at 40 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Quadro M1000M is faster than the Quadro M620.
