Quadro K5000 vs Quadro M4000 specs and performance

For gaming, the Quadro M4000 graphics card is better than the Quadro K5000 in our tests.

In our comparison, the Quadro M4000 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro M4000 has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 4 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.

In addition, the Quadro M4000 has a slightly lower TDP at 120 W when compared to the Quadro K5000 at 122 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro M4000 over the Quadro K5000.
