Quadro K3100M vs Quadro M1000M specs and performance

For gaming, the Quadro M1000M graphics card is better than the Quadro K3100M in our tests.

In our comparison, the Quadro M1000M has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that they both have the same amount of memory at 4 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.

In addition, the Quadro M1000M has a significantly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the Quadro K3100M at 75 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro M1000M over the Quadro K3100M.
