Quadro K2000 vs Quadro RTX 3000 specs and performance
For gaming, the Quadro RTX 3000 graphics card is better than the Quadro K2000 in our tests.
In our comparison, the Quadro K2000 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
As stated by the manufacturer, the Quadro RTX 3000 has significantly more memory with 6 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro K2000 has a significantly lower TDP at 51 W when compared to the Quadro RTX 3000 at 80 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro RTX 3000 over the Quadro K2000.
