Quadro K1200 vs Quadro P600 specs and performance
For gaming, the Quadro K1200 graphics card is better than the Quadro P600 in our tests.
Our database shows that the Quadro P600 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Quadro P600 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro K1200 has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro P600 has a slightly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the Quadro K1200 at 45 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro K1200 over the Quadro P600.
