Quadro 2000 vs Quadro K4200 benchmarks
For gaming, the Quadro K4200 graphics card is better than the Quadro 2000 in our tests.
The Quadro K4200 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
As stated by the manufacturer, the Quadro K4200 has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 1 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Quadro 2000 has a significantly lower TDP at 62 W when compared to the Quadro K4200 at 105 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro K4200 over the Quadro 2000.
