Quadro 2000 vs Quadro K2000 benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the Quadro K2000 beats the Quadro 2000 in gaming performance.
Our database shows that the Quadro K2000 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Quadro K2000 has significantly more memory with 2 GiB of memory compared to 1 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro K2000 has a slightly lower TDP at 51 W when compared to the Quadro 2000 at 62 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Quadro K2000 over the Quadro 2000.
