Pentium N3710 vs Core i3-N300 comparison

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i3-N300 is faster than the Pentium N3710. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Pentium N3710 in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the Core i3-N300 has significantly more cores with 8 cores whereas the Pentium N3710 has 4 cores. It also has more threads than the Pentium N3710. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Pentium N3710 has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Core i3-N300. A Pentium N3710 CPU outputs less heat than a Core i3-N300 CPU because of its slightly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the Pentium N3710 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
