Pentium N3710 vs A9-9420 specs and performance

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Pentium N3710 has significantly more cores with 4 cores compared to the A9-9420 that has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the A9-9420. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the A9-9420 has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Pentium N3710. A Pentium N3710 CPU outputs less heat than a A9-9420 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
