Pentium G4400 vs Pentium G4560 specs and performance

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Pentium G4560 is faster than the Pentium G4400. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Pentium G4400 in all gaming tests too.

When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores but the Pentium G4560 has more threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Pentium G4560 has a slightly higher clock speed than the Pentium G4400. Both these chips have an identical TDP (Thermal Design Power). This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. When comparing cache sizes, these CPUs have an identical amount of L2 cache. The Pentium G4400 also has slightly more L3 cache.

The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. For instance, the Pentium G4400 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
