Pentium E6300 vs Celeron J1900 comparison

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Pentium E6300 performs better than the Celeron J1900. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron J1900 in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the Celeron J1900 has significantly more cores with 4 cores whereas the Pentium E6300 has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Pentium E6300. With our hardware info, we find that the Pentium E6300 has a slightly higher clock speed than the Celeron J1900. The Celeron J1900 outputs less heat than Pentium E6300 thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. For instance, the Pentium E6300 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
