N100 vs Ryzen 5 6600H specs and performance

In our benchmarks, the Ryzen 5 6600H beats the N100 in overall performance. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the N100 in all gaming tests too.

In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Ryzen 5 6600H has significantly more cores than the N100. Indeed, the Ryzen 5 6600H has 6 cores compared to 4 cores found in the N100. It also has more threads than the N100. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 5 6600H has a significantly higher clock speed than the N100. The info from our database shows that the Ryzen 5 6600H has more L2 cache than the N100. The Ryzen 5 6600H also has significantly more L3 cache.

Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. For instance, the N100 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
