N100 vs Core i5-1334U specs and performance

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i5-1334U is faster than the N100. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the N100 in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the Core i5-1334U has significantly more cores with 10 cores whereas the N100 has 4 cores. It also has more threads than the N100. Our comparison shows that the Core i5-1334U has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the N100. The info from our database shows that the Core i5-1334U has more L2 cache than the N100. The Core i5-1334U also has significantly more L3 cache.

Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. For instance, the N100 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
