Iris Plus 640 vs GeForce GTX 650 benchmarks

In our benchmarks, the Iris Plus 640 beats the GeForce GTX 650 in gaming performance.

Our database shows that the GeForce GTX 650 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the GeForce GTX 650 has significantly more memory with 2 GiB of memory compared to 0.5 GiB. If you're planning at playing games at high resolutions with high-quality textures, you will need a lot of memory.

In addition, the Iris Plus 640 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 650 at 64 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Iris Plus 640 is better than the GeForce GTX 650.
