Iris 540 vs UHD benchmarks

In our benchmarks, the Iris 540 beats the UHD in gaming performance.

By comparing the spec sheets, both the Iris 540 and the UHD have the same base clock speed. Despite this, the UHD has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

In addition, both the Iris 540 and the UHD have an identical TDP. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Iris 540 over the UHD.
