Iris 540 vs Radeon Vega 6 specs and performance

For gaming, the Iris 540 graphics card is better than the Radeon Vega 6 in our tests.

Our database shows that both the Iris 540 and Radeon Vega 6 both have the same core clock speed. Despite this, the Radeon Vega 6 has a significantly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

In addition, the Iris 540 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Radeon Vega 6 at 45 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Iris 540 is better than the Radeon Vega 6.
